LePort Schools is accepting applications for the position of Director of Admissions and Parent Experience. We have multiple openings for this position at select schools in Southern California.

The Position
------------
The Director of Admissions & Parent Experience is an integral part of the school leadership team. In charge of enrollment growth, this role will focus on new student admissions and ensuring parents have an excellent experience once their children are enrolled. Specifically, key responsibilities include:
  • Responding to inquiries, giving school tours, and cordially leading parents through their decision-making process
  • Tracking and managing leads, tours, waitlist, and enrollment metrics using our CRM system, which you will be trained on.
  • Organizing and hosting school events such as parent information nights and open houses to help prospective parent experience what we offer; and school-wide family socials to help build a strong sense of community among the parents and their children
  • Leading parent communication efforts so families stay informed of what's going on at the school and ways they can enhance their own experience with us
  • Implementing local marketing initiatives, which includes participation in preschool fairs, posting on school's social media sites, and assisting with various advertising efforts to the local community
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. LePort Schools offers an attractive benefits package including life, health, and tuition discounts, retirement plans, vacation, and holiday pay. This position also qualifies for salary and bonus, where you can earn up to up to five-digit bonuses based on job performance.

The ideal candidate is an experienced admissions person or sales professional who has worked for a prestigious brand. We are looking for someone with a warm and intelligent personality who can relate well to parents seeking the best education for their young children. Successful applications will have:
  • Four-year college degree and five years of professional experience in a customer service role in education, hospitality, or another high-value service.
  • An excellent command of the English language with strong verbal and writing skills
  • A friendly and professional personality who can relate easily with discerning parents who want the best for their child; knowledge of consultative sales is a plus
  • Extremely organized with excellent follow-though, as evidenced by past experience in event planning, sales & customer service, and metrics tracking
  • A results-driven go-getter who thrives on achieving assigned goals and can manage daily priorities to reach those goals
  • A passion for education and a willingness to learn and grow into this position and beyond. Through formal training programs to special projects, LePort employees have a multitude of opportunities to enhance their knowledge, polish their skills, and continue growing within the organization.
