Grand Strand Medical Center Recruitment - February 2017

Environmental Services--Office Manager (Myrtle Beach, SC)

  • Previous office managerial or administrative work required-- preferably in a service or healthcare field.
  • Patient advocate duties include: rounding on patients, HCAHPS reporting, HCAHPS monitoring, service recovery, daily admit round tracking, AIDET training reinforced, completion of other tasks assigned by Director
  • Payroll (Kronos)
  • Maintaining team member files
  • Conducting competency reviews
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Tracking onboarding pre-employment screening and annual mandated hospital required screenings
  • Computer skills (Microsoft, Outlook, Excel)
  • many other tasks not listed above
  • positive, organized, self-starter, team-worker

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 /hour

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Office Management: 1 year
  • Computer Knowledge: 1 year
  • Administrative Skills: 1 year
